Refund Policy for All Around Landscapes

At All Around Landscapes, we strive to provide high-quality landscaping services to all of our customers. This Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds for services rendered, cancellations, and deposits. By booking our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

We offer no refunds for any landscaping services once the work has begun or after the service has been completed. However, customers may be eligible for a refund if the project is canceled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Period: If you wish to cancel the project, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except under certain conditions at the discretion of the owner. The deposit amount will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made before work begins. Once work has started or has been completed, no refunds will be granted. However, in exceptional or extenuating circumstances, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the owner. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and if deemed acceptable, a partial refund may be issued.

3. Full vs. Partial Refunds

  • Full Refund: A full refund of payments made will only be issued if the project is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date, and no work has begun. The non-refundable deposit, if applicable, will not be included in the refund.

  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be offered under special circumstances, such as:

    • If the project is canceled due to unforeseen reasons by All Around Landscapes (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), we will offer a partial refund based on the work completed, minus any non-refundable deposits or incurred costs.

    • In situations where the customer has made partial payments for ongoing work, a refund will be calculated based on the scope of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

4. Conditions for Non-Refundable Deposit

The deposit is considered non-refundable, and it is used to secure the booking and cover initial costs of materials, equipment, and labor. However, the owner may choose to waive or refund the deposit under the following conditions:

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In certain cases, the owner may deem it acceptable to issue a refund of the deposit if the customer can demonstrate exceptional circumstances that prevent the service from going ahead (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation, etc.).

  • Discretion of the Owner: The owner reserves the right to determine, at their discretion, whether a deposit refund is acceptable under any given circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is deemed eligible under this policy, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take between 7 to 14 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method and processing times of financial institutions.

6. No Refund After Service Completion

Once the service has been completed, no refund will be issued. This includes cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the outcome. We encourage all customers to thoroughly discuss and confirm all details of the project before work begins to avoid misunderstandings.

7. Changes to the Scheduled Service

  • Customer-Initiated Changes: If the customer requests a change to the scope of work or schedule after the deposit has been paid, additional charges may apply, and the previously paid deposit will be credited toward the new project cost. Any cancellation after a rescheduled project may still be subject to the original cancellation terms.

  • Owner-Initiated Changes: If All Around Landscapes must make changes to the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the customer to reschedule at no additional cost, or offer a partial refund if rescheduling is not possible.

To request a cancellation or refund, customers must contact All Around Landscapes directly at allaroundlandscapesllc@gmail.com or 715-642-1998. We will acknowledge the request within 7 business days and provide further details on the next steps.

9. Additional Considerations

  • No Refund for Services Rendered: We do not issue refunds for services that have already been rendered or for products purchased as part of the service (e.g., plants, materials, etc.).

  • Satisfaction Guarantees: While we do not offer refunds for completed projects, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If there are issues with the quality of our work, please contact us, and we will address the concerns in a timely manner, which may include rework at our discretion.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied with the project scope, timeline, and costs before work begins. Once services are rendered, no refunds will be processed unless under specific circumstances outlined above.

10. Amendments to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
